Make this one-pan chicken and rice dish in no time with a few shortcuts; one-pan meals are super easy and great for a weeknight dinner; some of my favorites are one-pan chicken parmesan pasta, one-pan jambalaya pasta, and one-pot tomato rice. This veggie chicken and rice skillet is packed with flavors and so easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • Grilled Breast Strips (diced)
  • Shredded cheese (we use the Fiesta Blend)
  • Tortillas (the smaller sized ones are easier to manage when cooking)
  • Corn salsa (optional)

Instruction:

  1. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and pre-heat over medium heat.
  2. Place tortilla into pan and top with a layer of cheese and diced Tyson Grilled and Ready Breast Strips. Add another layer of cheese and top tortilla.
  3. Let brown for 3 minutes (or until melted) and carefully flip.
  4. Brown other side for another 3 minutes. Gently press to blend all of the ingredients together.
  5. Remove from heat and slice into 4 quarters. Serve with a side of corn salsa and enjoy.
