Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean kielbasa, cut in 2 inch thick slices
- 2 large red potatoes, chopped into 1 inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
- 2 sheets heavy duty aluminum foil, 18 x 16 inches
Instruction:
- Preheat barbecue grill.
- Place kielbasa, potatoes and onion on a double layer of foil and drizzle with oil.
