Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped dill pickles (in small bite sized pieces)
  • 2/3 cup pickle juice (juice from the jar of pickles)
  • 2 jalapeños (de seeded & diced very small)
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped (in small bite sized pieces)
  • 1/4-1/3 cup of a yellow onion depending on your onion preference (diced finely)
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (the more the merrier in my opinion!)
  • pinch of salt

Instruction:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl add your 2 cups chopped pickles, chopped red pepper, finely chopped & de seeded jalapeños, finely chopped onion & minced garlic.
  2. Take a spatula and mix until throughly combined. Add a pinch of salt & mix throughly again.
