Ingredients:

  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, sliced into pats
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instruction:

  1. Preheat your grill to 400°.
  2. Make a non-stick foil sheet with some sides, and place salmon on top.
  3. Drizzle salmon with oil, sprinkle with seasonings, and place pats of butter on top.
  4. Place the foil tray onto the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill at 400° for 8 minutes. Open the lid and brush with teriyaki sauce. Brush every 5 minutes with additional sauce.
  5. The fish is done when the internal temp is 145 and the fish is flaky.
  6. Remove from grill, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with your favorite sides!
