Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breast fillets (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup basil pesto (jarred or home-made)
  • Salt (to taste)

Instruction:

  1. Coat each chicken breast filled in pesto and sprinkle with salt. Refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes to overnight.
