The simplest and tastiest side dish for any meal, these grilled green beans with garlic are crispy and bursting with flavor. They are tossed in olive oil, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice, then topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

This recipe allows me to cook these on the grill! Outside!! It literally makes my day when I can make a recipe that doesn’t require heating up the kitchen by turning on the oven in the middle of summer.

  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. chili garlic paste
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • Pinch red pepper flakes 
  • Kosher salt 
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Thinly sliced green onions, for garnish
