Ingredients:

  • 6 English muffins
  • 6 sliced cheese
  • 6 chicken breast (thin boneless skinless )
  • 1 1/2 cup egg whites

Instruction:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add cooking spray to grease a muffin tin.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of egg whites into 6 of the muffin tins.
  4. Add the chicken breast on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Place the pans of egg whites and chicken into the oven. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  6. While the egg whites and chicken are baking, prepare the rest of the sandwiches.
  7. Cut the English muffins in half. Add a slice of cheese on 1/2 of the English muffin.
  8. When the chicken and egg whites are finished cooking, add one of each onto a sandwich.
  9. Wrap the finished sandwiches in aluminum foil until ready to eat.
  10. When ready to eat: heat up the sandwich by broiling in the oven until warm.
