Ingredients:
- Large Portabella Mushroom
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Feta Cheese
- Ground Pink Salt
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Steak Seasoning
Instruction:
- Cut the stem off of your large Portabella Mushrooms.
- Stuff inside of the mushroom with feta cheese and minced garlic to taste
- Top with a slice of mozzarella, I also cut some smaller pieces to fill in the sides.
- Drizzle with olive oil and then season to taste with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
- Fire up your grill to medium heat and place the mushrooms on the upper rack.
- Allow the Cheese Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms to cook until cheese is fully melted,
- I cooked mine for about 25 minutes.
