  • 10 oz chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • ΒΌ tsp poultry seasoning
  • β…› tsp cayenne pepper
  • β…› tsp white pepper
  • β…› tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 oz fresh seasonal mixed vegetables
  • barbeque sauce


  1. In a bowl, mix poultry seasoning or chicken bouillon powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to make dry rub.
  2. Evenly coat chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Preheat your grill and grease it.
  4. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Grease the grill and grill the chicken over medium heat until it is almost done.
