Grilled Zucchini and Squash 🔗
A healthy grilled vegetable dish. You can use a grill basket, foil, or put squash straight onto the grill.

Ingredients:
- 2 – 3 zucchini
- 2 – 3 yellow squash
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- Grapeseed oil (for grill grates)
Instruction:
- Slice the zucchini and yellow squash into 1/2″ rounds.
- Set grill to high heat. Pour about 1 Tablespoon of grapeseed or other high heat oil onto a balled up paper towel. Grab the paper towel with grill tongs and rub it along the grates to oil them.
- Place slices of zucchini and squash on the grill and let sit unmoved for 3-4 minutes. Flip and grill for 3 more minutes. For softer zucchini, grill for 2 additional minutes.
