During grilling season, if you’re looking for a quick and healthy side dish, try this Grilled Spaghetti Squash. It’s a low carb favorite that only needs a few ingredients and can be prepared without heating up the kitchen.

On our grill, I’m constantly looking for more convenient, wholesome side dishes that I can serve with our favorite burgers, pork chops, and other dishes.

The best thing about this recipe is that it only calls for two ingredients—four if you include the seasoning.

Grilled spaghetti squash is super simple to make and the flavor is amazing. Simply cut the squash, oil the squash, and grill. Don't overlook putting this vegetable on the grill, you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large spaghetti squash
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parmesan cheese, optional (✅)

Instruction:

  1. ⭐️Heat the grill or grill pan. Heat the grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. ⭐️Prepare the squash. Wash the squash under running water. Cut the stem off then slice in half horizontally. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
  3. ⭐️Oil the squash and cook. Spray the cut portion of the squash with avocado oil spray or brush with a high heat oil. Place cut side down onto the hot grill or grill pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the squash is fork-tender.
  4. Serve. Remove the squash and cool for 5 minutes. Using a fork, remove the cooked squash from the shell. Season with coarse salt, freshly cracked pepper, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
