Grilled Salmon Recipe With Dill Sauce

β€”Susan Emery, Everett, Washington There’s nothing like fresh salmon, and my mom bakes it just right so that it almost melts in your mouth. The sour cream dill sauce is subtly seasoned with horseradish so that it doesn’t overpower the delicate salmon flavor.

Mix mayonnaise, dill, mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl. Spread vegetable oil over salmon skin. Grill salmon skin-side down on preheated grill. Spread mayonnaise mixture over top of salmon and cook until salmon is easily flaked with a fork, 6 to 12 minutes.
