Grilled Ling Cod Recipes

It is a mild, white fish that doesn’t require much seasoning and pan sears in minutes, and this grilled lingcod recipe is super simple and can be on your table in 10 minutes!

Lingcod is an incredibly UGLY fish, but growing up in the Pacific Northwest, it was one of my favorite regional dishes, so when I saw it at my neighborhood farmer’s market, I knew I had to get a few fillets!

The Red Snapper is thinner than the Lingcod so it would take just a couple minutes to sear. Even cooking a salmon fillet would make an amazing meal using this straightforward procedure.
