What seasoning is good on raw carrots?

The biggest difficulty with grilling carrots is their size; small carrots can easily fall through the grates. However, this problem can be solved by selecting large carrots and then cutting them into pieces that are less likely to do so by slicing them on the bias into 3/4-inch slices.

Are sauteed carrots healthy?

Some of our favorite seasonings to use on carrots include: garlic (minced, powder or granules); onion (powdered or granules); black malabar pepper; cinnamon (Cassia for sweeter; Ceylon for sweetness with some more complex savory and vanilla flavors); nutmeg powder; cayenne pepper powder; ginger powder; and Aleppo chili.
