- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) to coat
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch or 2 of cayenne pepper
Instruction:
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings. Rub EVOO all over both sides of the fish. Then, coat the filets with the dry seasonings and set aside for up to 30 minutes.
- Preheat the GF grill to high for approximately 5 minutes.
