  • 4 Garlic Cloves (, crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Flat-Leaf Parsley (, finely chopped (see note 2))
  • 1½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil
  • 1.5-1.7 pounds Boneless Chicken Thighs ((800 grams))

Instruction:
