Pasta Grill White Cheddar Dill Soup Recipe

Velvety potatoes serve as the ideal blank canvas for the comforting flavor of Cheddar cheese and the vibrant punches of dill to delight your taste buds in this cheesy potato dill soup, which will warm the soul and brighten your spirit on cold winter days!

I’ve been making (and perfecting) potato dill soup for years; it’s one of my favorite soup recipes, and definitely my favorite way to make a creamy potato soup. Cheddar cheese gives it the classic comfort food satisfaction, while the fresh taste of dill brings back memories of warm summer days. A splash of lemon juice really helps the dill flavor pop.
