FAQ

How do you know when red snapper is done on the grill?

Pan-fried Yellowtail Snapper is delicious; I’ve breaded it with almond flour and some seasonings before pan-frying it in some oil and butter. Yellowtail are plentiful in South Florida; they are relatively small; have sweet, flaky meat; and have a mild flavor, making them perfect for a quick pan fry.

What is the difference between red snapper and yellowtail snapper?

Grill the fish, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily and a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 145 degrees F.
