Can you believe Labor Day is only one week away? That’s what I’ve been telling myself as I harvested the last of our basil crop to make homemade pesto and enjoyed the lovely weather with my child over the weekend.

I’m dedicating this week to grilling in order to enjoy the remainder of the summer (why didn’t I do this sooner?). Oh well, it’s better late than never, so let’s fire up that grill, shall we?
