FAQ

How do you make chicken salad sandwiches not soggy?

What is chicken salad sandwich made of?

Cut off the crusts, then cut the crustless sandwiches in thirds or triangles. My mother taught me to spread the fresh bread slices with a thin layer of softened butter to help prevent the bread from getting soggy once the filling is added.
